Boland & Company Solicitors was founded in 1995 by Kieran Boland.
We appreciate the importance of the clients’ need to be informed as to how their case is progressing and accordingly place an emphasis on being contactable on email and direct dial phone lines. As a result we have gained a reputation for providing responsive, practical and effective solutions to our clients' needs.
Our practice has an experienced legal team, which caters for individuals, small, and medium sized businesses and provides legal advice on most areas of Irish Law.

Kieran Boland, Principal
Kieran is the Principal of Boland and Company and holds a B.A.Degree in European Studies from the National Institue of Higher Education (University of Limerick) and qualified as a Solicitor in 1989.He worked in London prior to moving to Kilkenny and subsequently set up his own practice in 1995.
Kieran specialises in Conveyancing both residential and commercial and advises both private and investor clients.
Kieran also advises on all areas of Litigation,Wills and Estates.
Claire Johnson, Solicitor
Claire Johnson graduated from the National University of Galway with a Bachelor of Law Honours Degree (LLB) in 2002. Claire also holds an Honours Degree in Economics from the National University of Galway. Claire joined Boland & Company in 2004 and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2007. Claire has extensive experience in most areas of ;itigation, in particular Personal Injury and Family law. Claire also practices in the areas of Wills and Probate and Conveyancing
Deirdre Heaphy – Office Manager
Deirdre has worked with the firm since 1998. She has extensive experience in Conveyancing, Litigation, Probate and Family Law.
Bernadette Norton - Legal Secretary
Bernadette has worked with the firm since 2017, having previously worked with a leading firm in Dublin for 6 years. She has extensive experience in Family Law, Litigation and General Practice.
